alfabrena awoke, stretched her beautiful long neck, and looked out of the large circler window. after greating the sun she thought about a similar felling in the air as last night but slighter, not as promanit, as though it was weakaning. 'no' thought the dragon with a slight shake of her head, 'it is not the same.it is more frantic, less meanicing.' she snorted, golden flame shooting from her nostrials. alfabrena lifted a diamond hard, needle sharp claw and cut the air in front of her. a gaping hole yawned at her, the entrance to her other space pocket. she had thought to bring to pocket with her the last moment before she and inomay had started their journy. it was like a bag that folowed her evrey where and could hold enormus amounts. she made the opening larger, stepped inside, up to the mirror of Arget. 'lets hope it be awake' the dragon queen thought.she arched her neck and said, "i call upon the visions the dragons of old wish for me to see." the mirror rippild as the surface of a small pull in a slight wind. an image ripled to the surface. alfabrenas eyes widened. never before had the mirror ever actualy shown her a vision. a beautiful valey, a hurd of peacfull mustangs. not even the stallion was on watch. but he should have been as the hurd, and alfabrena, found out a second later. "Atack!" cried a harsh voice from the trees around the valey. wolves pourd into the valey, howling their harsh war cries. the stallion bugled, filys and colts cried for their mothers, mares shrieked for their children as the heard scatered. running for the trees on the other side of the valey.the mirror rippled, the scene changed. a group of tree-sages miled around conversing in their creaky language. "Fire!" cried an unmistakeable wolf voice. wolves with flaming sticks ran through the sages seting the wise creatures on fire, their shrieks echoing through the queens head. "Enough!" cried alfabrena. but the dragons of old had one more vision for her. the mirror was filled with the image of a noble elf. his almond shaped eyes were a shocking blue, his hair a pure silver. finely curving features placed pricisly on his face. his clothes were ruset blending perfectly in to the rocks behind, the walls of his city. 'this be the one you must find.' said a sickly sweet voice from the mirror. suddenly the mirror was blank, leaving alfabrena to stare absently into it at her own reflection.
