Andre let out a large yawn and blinked his multi-colored eyes, then stared around blankly for a moment until what his mate had said registered. He yawned again and stretched, arching his back and digging his front claws into the ground gently before shaking his fur and flopping over from dizziness. inomay scaned the sarounding area then let out a howl that all could hear. she was answerd by andre's clan. she started trotting down the battalments when someone elce answerd her call. first it was faint the n it got louder. the trumpiting of a stallion and the call of her brother. she jumped over the side of the batelemnts. the fall should have killed her, but she landed on an out juting brick then controled her fall from there. she landed like a cat, just as the copper bay gellding came to a sliding stop. not to far behind was John and he came bownding up and tackled inomay flat then troted away laughing. inomay snorted the started off twords sika's palace.

high in the air the red tail hawk that was alfabrena watched the going ons of her companions down below. she saw bale wolf clamber out of the opening, sniff the air, shake himself, then began looking around as if looking for something. 'are you in the air young one?' said his voice through their conection. alfabrena screetched in her hawk voice, dived toward the ground and gently tuged at his head fur with her talons as she pulled up. 'a simple "yes" would have seviced' he growled. her only answer was a chuckle as she shot back up above the trees and circled above the others as they headed for the palace of sika.

Andre called to his clan that it was time to move out again, and there was an amazing and very uniform sound as the entirety of his men stood all at once, one solid clatter of armor beginning and ending at the same time, not one sound standing out from the rest. He looked over his clan with pride, then he turned around and started to follow his mate to their destination, the sound of hundreds of armored paws making solid thuds in the earth behind him as they marched, marched, marched onward.
