From the ground below it seemed like midnight was coming in a blink of an eye from Hells massive shadow. Wings stretched backwards while his claws reached out landing with a thunderous boom. Bloody red scales glittered like flawless rubies in the sunlight while his glowing orange orbs scanned across the terrain, Where are all the females? Hell began to wonder as he watched the pegasus take flight with his presents and the unicorns running in fright. Hell was an elder dragon, one who's been around for ages. Large lungs filled with air while smoke started to rise from his nostrils. Hell needed clan members and a mate to help him run his land. Hopefully, he would be able to find one shortly instead of having to wait even longer just to find a female. Wrapping his tail around his legs while he sat as still as a statue and waited for a female to arrive, not knowing if one would come or not.

Alumna dropped gracefully into the field. Her delicate triangular head held high on her serpentine neck, velvety folds of soft pink wings folding at her sides. Red eyes moved while her head was still, getting her bearings. With long, graceful strides she went to a stream and after another look around the plains she lowered her head to drink. Her head lifted again, water dripping from her jaws. Alumna shifted her slight frame sending dusky red sparks glittering across the ground from her scales. The young female moved back to where she had landed and lay, sphinx style, to wait and see what would happen.

Large scales moved as his muscles flexed craning his thick neck to see the female. Sent filled his nostrils sending chills up his spine. Its been centuries since he had last laid eyes on a female, let alone another dragon. Massive structure began to move toward the dusty rose colored female. Glowing orange orbs took in her slender frame, something unique to her while his own was more like a draft type.

Hello there fae. Hell began as he moved himself close enough to speak but far enough to where her teeth would not last out. Though her fangs were much smaller than his own, being older then her and more experienced. My name is Hellbent Passion, I an the king of Hells Gates. His voice thundered over the land while his orange orbs took in her triangular shaped face. What is yours?

Alumnas head snapped around at the reds approach. He was bigger, older. He was bigger then father. Her eyes slid halfway shut at that thought. "I am Alumna," she said in her higher pitched, clear voice. Her snout lifted and she sniffed, a little snootily, her wings shuffled to get in a more comfortable position. Alumna hadn't thought she would come across another dragon so quickly, she had only left her hatching cave a decade ago. 'As long as he's not green,' Alumna thought. Her brother had been a green and they had hated each other with a passion.

Hell watched as she shifted positions and listened to her speak, only if he could read minds. The red dragon had been on his own for a long time now, since probably the civil war. A smile spread across his fangs as he looked down at the female. The male sat down and wrapped his tail around his legs once more, Where did you come from? The red dragon asked once more while he stared down at the female. She was so much smaller then him, afraid if they would have done anything at all he would crush her.

Alumnas tail tip twitched when he sat down. "I hatched in the western mountain range. As soon as my parents let me i left as did my nest mates. Been seeing the land ever since." Alumna winced as debris under her scales made itself known. Her head turned to clean just under and beyond her wing joint. This must have been nusences left over from her sleep under the pines last night that she had missed from her morning cleaning.

Hell opened his deathly jaws and lit a flame scorching the ground. Moving his massive body onto the warm scorched earth he made himself at home laying down and running a claw over his belly scales, itching. Wings spread across the land nearly knocking down a tree and retracted stretching his old bones. So tell me since you have no where to go, would you like to come with me to my own home? He asked, couldn't help himself.

Alumnas head snapped around, lip curling with a hiss and scales rising. As the male settled she went back to cleaning though her red eyes were narrow. "Depends," she said. Alumna turned her head just enough to look at Hell with one eye. "What's in it for me if I say yes?"

Turning his scaled lips up into a deathly grin he chuckled lightly at her question. What would you want then? He asked as he kept that smile plastered on. Fangs showed through that gruesome smile offering no comfort for anyone. Anyone was free to join his clan, even ones that were not dragons. Matter of fact he would love if others joined his pack due to the fact he could easily kill them if they didn't do what they were told. That one thought twisted his grin into a sadistic one.

Alumna paused in her cleaning and slowly straightened into her proud sphinx posture. Her red eyes were narrowed in a smug smile. Her brain worked fast, what would make going with the red worth it? An idea wiggled it's way into her mind, a way to get whatever she wanted. "Whenever I say 'please' I get what I ask for," her smug smile grew, the red would never go for such a deal.

Hell began laughing hysterically at her comment. As long as you say please.. The red dragon began trying to cool himself from laughing so hard, I will accept that and if I am not able to accept your wish.. Hell shook his maw and showed his large teeth, Then I guess you wont get it. Hell finished as he lost the smile as smoke rose from his nostrils.
