These are rules for wishes/wishing's. Please follow these rules, if you do not you will not get a reply.
1. Do not wish for anything outrageous.
2. Do not post more than once in a week and do not post more than twice a month.
3. Do not bump your threads.
4. Only request one thing per wish.
5. You can refuse a gift, but do not request anything after.
6. Gift given out can be used only for the character who originally asked for them. Rules stated for each item by the dragon it must be obeyed.
The ice dragon comes and goes as it pleases. Bumping the post will automatically get it ignored. Not character is chosen but some get answers.
